Is this an instant download?
No. Every order is personalized from your real pet photo. Your portrait is created first, then your final wedding files are completed after approval.
How quickly will I see my portrait?
We aim to send the first portrait preview within 24–48 hours after receiving a usable pet photo and the required order details.
Where will I receive my preview and final files?
By email. All design communication for your order happens through the email address used for your order. We send your first portrait preview there, handle revisions and approval by email, and deliver the final personalized files to the same inbox. Please check spam and promotions folders as well.
What do I need to order?
Your pet name, a clear pet photo, couple names, wedding date, and preferred design style. Cocktail details can be confirmed later if needed.
Do I get revisions?
Yes. Unlimited revisions are included for small likeness, spelling, color, and layout refinements until you're satisfied. See our Digital Delivery & Revisions page for details.
Does the Complete Collection include the funny portrait?
Yes. The Complete Collection includes a free funny custom pet portrait as an extra keepsake. It is a bonus and is not counted among the seven coordinated wedding designs.
Can I add a second pet?
Yes. Multi-pet artwork can be added when offered as an add-on.
Can I print the files anywhere?
Yes. Your final files are delivered digitally so you can use your preferred local or online printer.
