Personalized physical products are produced for the individual order. Production happens before shipment, so the total time to receive an order includes both production and carrier transit.
Made-to-order production
PET OF HONOR uses print-on-demand fulfillment partners for personalized physical products. An order may be produced by a facility selected for the product and destination.
Delivery estimates
Available shipping methods, rates and estimated delivery information are shown at checkout when available. Delivery dates are estimates rather than guarantees and can be affected by production capacity, carriers, destination, customs, weather or other events outside our control.
Tracking
When tracking is available, shipment information is provided after the order has been produced and handed to the carrier. Carrier scans can take time to update after a label is created.
Shipping address
Please enter a complete and accurate address at checkout. Contact us promptly if an address needs correction. Changes cannot be guaranteed after fulfillment has started.
International orders
Customs processing can affect delivery time. Taxes, duties or import charges not collected at checkout may be assessed by local authorities according to the laws of the destination.
Problems in transit
If tracking indicates a problem, or an order arrives damaged, contact PET OF HONOR through the store contact page with the order number and relevant photos or tracking details.
