Your personalization details
You are responsible for reviewing the photo, pet name, spelling, size, color, style, wedding details and other information submitted with an order. Contact us promptly if you notice an error. Changes cannot be guaranteed after custom work or production has started.
Photos and content you upload
By uploading a pet photo or other content, you confirm that you own it or have permission to use it for the requested order. You permit PET OF HONOR and the service providers needed to fulfill the order to process, reproduce and adapt that content only as reasonably necessary to create, support and deliver the personalized product or service.
Do not upload unlawful content, content that infringes another person's rights, or content you do not have permission to use.
Artistic interpretation
Personalized artwork is created from the submitted reference. We aim to preserve recognizable features and important markings, but differences can occur because of art style, print method, screen display, garment color, material and normal manufacturing tolerances.
Availability
Blank garments, colors, sizes, materials, fulfillment locations and shipping methods can change or become unavailable. If a material part of an order cannot be fulfilled, we will contact the customer or provide an appropriate remedy.
Wedding Collection
Wedding Collection purchases involve custom design work and may include portrait creation, customer-supplied wedding details, proofs or revisions according to the package purchased. The relevant product page and submitted personalization form part of the order terms.
Consumer rights
Nothing on this page excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer law.
