This Digital Delivery Policy applies to PET OF HONOR digital products, including the Complete Pet Life System™. These products are digital; no physical item is shipped.
1. Delivery method
After successful payment, digital access is normally provided electronically using the email address entered at checkout and/or through the order confirmation or digital-delivery page made available for the order.
2. Delivery timing
Digital delivery is normally initiated shortly after successful payment. Delivery can occasionally be delayed by payment review, an incorrect email address, email-provider filtering, platform outages, or other technical issues. If you do not see your files or access message, check your spam, junk, and promotions folders and confirm that the email used at checkout is correct.
3. No physical shipping
Complete Pet Life System™ purchases do not include a physical shipment unless a product page expressly states otherwise. No physical shipping fee should be required for the digital product itself.
4. Customer responsibility
You are responsible for providing a valid email address and maintaining access to it. We recommend downloading and securely saving your purchased files after delivery. If the offer includes lifetime access, this means a continuing personal license to use the purchased files; customers should retain their own copies because a specific email link, hosting service, or third-party platform may change over time.
5. Missing or inaccessible delivery
If your order is marked paid but you cannot access the purchased files, contact support@petofhonor.com with your order number and checkout email. We will attempt to verify the order and resend or restore access where appropriate.
6. Taxes and charges
Applicable taxes may be calculated at checkout according to your location and Shopify's configured tax settings. Because this product is digital, there are no carrier charges or physical-delivery tracking numbers.
