Terms of Service — Complete Pet Life System™

Effective date: September 12, 2026

These Terms of Service govern purchases and use of PET OF HONOR digital products, including the Complete Pet Life System™, The Pet Life Book™, the Pet Life Book™ + Health & Medication Vault™, and the Complete Pack — All 4 Systems. By purchasing or using a PET OF HONOR digital product, you agree to these Terms.

1. Digital product and license

Your purchase grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the digital files included with the product or package you purchased. Ownership of the underlying templates, layouts, designs, branding, text, and other intellectual property remains with PET OF HONOR and its licensors.

2. Permitted use

You may use the files for your own household and pet-organization purposes, make reasonable personal backup copies, print copies for your own use, and share relevant completed care information with people directly involved in your pet's care, such as a sitter, veterinarian, family member, or emergency caregiver.

3. Prohibited use

You may not resell, sublicense, redistribute, upload for public download, share blank templates as a competing product, reproduce the product for commercial resale, remove ownership notices for redistribution, or claim the product or templates as your own work. You may not use the files to build or train a competing commercial template, product, database, application, or service without written permission.

4. Packages and access

You receive only the files and systems included in the package or variant purchased at checkout. A one-time purchase does not create a subscription unless explicitly stated. Where lifetime access is offered, it means a continuing personal license to use the files you purchased; we recommend keeping local backup copies and do not guarantee that a particular download link or third-party hosting service will remain unchanged indefinitely.

5. Digital delivery

Digital delivery is governed by our Digital Delivery Policy. You are responsible for providing an accurate email address and using compatible software or services for the file formats included with your purchase.

6. Payments, taxes, and refunds

Prices are shown at checkout and payment is processed through Shopify and available payment providers. Applicable taxes may be added where required. Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy and by any mandatory rights that apply under law.

7. Pet health and care disclaimer

The Complete Pet Life System™ is an organization and record-keeping tool. It does not provide veterinary diagnosis, treatment, medical advice, emergency medical services, or a substitute for professional veterinary care. Always consult a qualified veterinarian or appropriate emergency service regarding your pet's health, medication, symptoms, treatment, or urgent care.

8. Financial and insurance disclaimer

Expense trackers, budget tools, insurance organizers, claim logs, and related materials are provided for organization only. They are not financial, tax, legal, insurance, or investment advice and do not guarantee reimbursement, claim approval, savings, coverage, or any particular financial outcome. Customers are responsible for confirming policy terms and decisions with their insurer or qualified adviser.

9. Accuracy and customer responsibility

You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of information you enter into the product and for keeping important records current. PET OF HONOR does not verify customer-entered medical, medication, emergency, financial, or insurance information. The product does not guarantee that emergencies, missed care tasks, record errors, claim denials, or adverse outcomes will be prevented.

10. Third-party services

Some file formats may be opened or stored using third-party software or services such as spreadsheet applications, PDF software, cloud storage, or Google Sheets. Those services are provided by third parties and are governed by their own terms, privacy policies, availability, and security practices.

11. Product updates and support

We may improve, revise, rename, replace, or reorganize product files over time. Unless expressly included in the offer, purchase does not guarantee custom modifications, one-to-one setup, or future features. Support is intended to help with reasonable access and file-use questions related to the purchased product.

12. Intellectual property

PET OF HONOR names, product names, designs, templates, graphics, written content, and related materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. No rights are granted except the limited personal-use license stated in these Terms.

13. Disclaimer of warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, digital products are provided on an "as available" basis without warranties beyond those expressly stated on the product page or required by law. We do not promise that every file, third-party platform, device, or workflow will meet every customer's individual needs.

14. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PET OF HONOR will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or business losses arising from use of the digital product, customer-entered information, reliance on organizational tools, third-party services, or loss of customer-maintained files. Nothing in these Terms limits liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be limited.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms when our products, store operations, or legal obligations change. The current version will be identified by the effective date above. Changes will not remove rights that already vested under mandatory law.
